Our goal is to partner with parents to help each child become the person God intended him or her to be. In our classrooms, you will find ministers who will love your kids, sharing lessons that are experiential, fun and relevant. We strive to keep the lessons simple and clear so that kids walk away with a message that will stick with them. We also share resources, lessons, tips and curriculum to help you extend their learning from church into the home. And, we want to hear what you are doing and what we can do to help you.
Together we can lead our children to become disciples of Jesus Christ who will love God, love others and serve the world.
Our hope is that students will form a strong and lasting connection with God and one another through weekly worship gatherings, small groups, retreats and mission trips. When those bonds are formed and strengthened, God’s love is revealed and his name is glorified.
Every Sunday at 09:00 a.m., we have Sunday School for our 7th and 8th graders led by Student Ministry team. Each class provides a space for open discussion between students and their peers.
Throughout the year we offer several opportunities for students — including retreats, mission trips and mid-week get-togethers — to deepen the community these students share with one another. To stay up-to-date with all our events, subscribe to Facebook, Twitter to receive our texts.
We offer a variety of programs for adults to help new visitors and all Petra Fellowship Church adult attenders connect for great spiritual growth and fellowship.
We have a weekly meeting for the gents in the church. We gather at Pastor’s home for a time of worship, devotion and prayer.
We have a weekly meeting for the ladies of the church wherein, all the ladies gather at a home for a time of worship, devotion and prayer.
Caring for our community
We believe that as disciples of Jesus Christ, we are called to love God, love others and serve the world. In this ministry, our passion is to care for those in need. We do this through Student Education Sponsorship, Prayer Ministry, our various support groups, as well as homebound and hospital visitation.
